1 1/2 oz Skagway Spirits Gin
3 oz Cold extracted rhubarb juice
1/2 oz Lime cordial
Splash of soda
Float hibiscus tea on the top
Chimney
Slice of lime & rhubarb stalk
Build over ice
2 1/2 oz Skagway Spirits Gin
1/2 oz Simple syrup
1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
1 Tablespoon fresh-picked pineapple weed
4 - 5 oz Martini glass
Lime wheel
Shake ingredients over ice
and strain into a glass.

3 oz Tonic soda
Rocks glass with a lime wedge
Build over ice

3+ oz ginger ale
1 Teaspoon diced ginger

Muddle ginger and fresh or frozen raspberries. Add ice, vodka and ginger ale.

Come visit our tasting room, which has a unique flavor of its own. We like to think of it as Skagway repurposed. Incorporating various relics from Skagway's past and whatever else we had lying around. It's a little off the beaten path, but well worth the detour.
